Brief introduction

This machine is mainly applied for simulating evaluation for kinds of lubricant, grease’s extreme compression capacity and anti-confusion capacity. It can also be used for performance study of anti-friction capacity of aviation kerosene and capacities of all sorts of paint coating, metal and non-metal materials.

Composition of the testing machine

  1. The Tester is made up of a 1.5 kw (0-1500r/Min) Servo motor, a digital speed indicator, a temperature controller, an electronic time relay, an electrical box and a Servo speed regulating system, a lubricating system and a heating device, a force applying device, a sample and accessories.

Brief description of structure

  1. The speed regulating motor drives the spindle with the test ring at the front end through the Flange to do the clockwise direction rotation. Spindle speed, speed digital display instrument displayed. The Belt Pulley on the main shaft drives the belt pulley running over the long shaft of the gear oil pump through the toothed synchronous belt. The test oil flows from the oil tank through the surface of the test ring to the oil groove of the main shaft seat, the belt pulley drives the gear pump through a hand-held drive clutch and draws the test oil back into the tank so that the test oil can be reused. If the handle of the transmission clutch is inserted in the upper locating hole, the transmission clutch is disengaged from the pulley, and the pulley idles on the long axis of the gear oil pump, then the transmission clutch and Pulley Mesh, drive gear pump operation.

  2. The round cutter is mounted on the Blade of the base of the blade, which is supported by a friction Rod, the test rod is mounted on the blade of the friction Rod, and the specimen holder holding the specimen is supported on the left end, the test block baffle on the test block seat is stuck on the copper sliding sleeve installed at the end of the main shaft. The friction bar of the test force bar on the test block base constitutes a complete set of lever mechanism which can both exert force and measure force. Test Force P is applied to the test ring rotating clockwise by transferring the test force to the test block through a 10:1 test force bar, and the friction force F between the test ring surfaces is balanced by applying the test force bar, the friction coefficient values are derived from P and F.

  3. The force-applying device consists of a 550W, 1400r/min three-phase micro asynchronous motor which drives the worm and worm wheel, the screw and the lifting nut through the belt pulley, the triangle belt, the large belt pulley, and makes the disk move at a uniform rate of 8.92-13.33 n/s, the weight is smoothly added (or removed) to the v-shaped slot at the right end of the test bar to eliminate the influence of the impact test force on the test results.
